Anthony J. Guzzi is President and Chief Executive Officer of EMCOR Group, Inc., (NYSE: EME), a Fortune 500® leader in mechanical and electrical construction, industrial and energy infrastructure, and building services for a diverse range of businesses and government with estimated 2015 revenues of ~$6.6 B and 29,000+ employees. Graduated with highest distinction from The United States Military Academy at West Point, Tony additionally earned an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
Prior to joining EMCOR, Tony was President of United Technologies Corporation’s multi-billion dollar Carrier North American Parts, Distribution and Services Division.
He was previously with McKinsey & Company as a senior manager prior to joining United Technologies.
Additionally, Tony is Ranger qualified and served in the U.S. Army as a Light Infantry Captain from 1986 to 1991.
A member of the Board of Directors of EMCOR Group, Inc., Tony also serves as Lead Independent Director on the Board of Directors of Hubbell, Inc., an international manufacturer of quality electrical and electronic products. Tony is also vice-chair and member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of The ACE Mentor Program of America, a unique partnership of industry corporations working together to attract young people to the construction professions.
Tony is one of the Founders of the Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund, which provides educational assistance to children whose parents died in fighting the war on terror.
He enjoys spending time with his family, including two sons and a daughter. Tony coaches youth sports, and also enjoys playing golf, and attending sporting events.
