Al is the Vice President and General Manager, HVAC & Controls NA. Over the past 24 years Al has held numerous sales, operations, and general management roles. Prior to his current role, Al was the vice president of NA Business operations where he oversaw day-to-day business operations, maintained a focus on growth, productivity and cash flow, drives safety, and customer satisfaction across North America.

Throughout his years of service Al has served in numerous positions within the company including; vice president of North America branch sales; vice president of HVAC Sales, Systems NA; vice president and general manager of the systems Mid-Atlantic region; and general manager of the Philadelphia branch. Al has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
