As the President of Power Tools for the Tools division at Stanley Black and Decker, I oversee the largest segment of the corporate P&L, comprised of a global portfolio of industry leading tool brands including DEWALT, STANLEY, PORTER CABLE and the iconic, American-born, CRAFTSMAN brand, among others. In this role, I lead an outstanding team responsible for product innovation and new technology solutions across more than 40 unique categories providing application solutions to end users that make the world. Our top priorities are driving new technology incubation and development, casting a vision for the future of construction solutions and leading end user connectivity to meet the needs of a modern and evolving job site.
Previously, I was President of the Hand Tools, Storage and Power Tool Accessories business for Stanley Black and Decker, leading the company in a complex portfolio of over 10 brands and 60 product lines. I also served as President, Outdoor Products, President, Consumer Products and created the Global Marketing Organization for Tools where she acted as Chief Marketing Officer for the global Tools Group at large. Since joining the company in 1998, I split time and experience in commercial sales and marketing roles and product development roles with increasing degrees of financial responsibility across the P&L.
I am the founding member and executive sponsor of the 450+ member Maryland chapter of the Stanley Black and Decker Women’s Network. I am also the creator and leader of the company’s ‘Courageous Conversations’ program, a three-part professional development series for women and men to take charge of their career paths through the use of thoughtfully curated tools and workshops. The series has been translated into over 20 languages for employees across the global enterprise.
