Lisa Ransom
Northeast Regional Director

Originally from Dallas, TX, Lisa enlisted into the United States Marine Corps. Her tenure there was marked by dedication and commitment, culminating in an honorable discharge that transitioned her into the role of a devoted military spouse.

Her career took a decisive turn when she was appointed the Southern Regional Manager at Helmets to Hardhats, a non-profit initiative meant to bring Veterans into construction careers. In this capacity, Lisa created initiatives that translated into success post-service careers.

This experience led Lisa to the role of Oregon State Director within the Bureau of Labor and Industries’ Apprenticeship and Training Division. In this role, she successfully steered policy and program development, infusing principles of equity and inclusion into every facet.

Lisa resides in Maryland, in close proximity to her two accomplished daughters and a cherished grandson. Her life is balanced through treasured moments spent with family, physical activities, and traveling.
