Christopher Cardany, P.E., LEED AP

Langan

Chris is a Principal/Vice President with Langan which provides an integrated mix of engineering and environmental consulting services in support of land development projects, corporate real estate portfolios, and the energy industry.

Chris specializes in the education, housing, urban planning, and mixed-use markets and in addition to engineering design, permitting, and construction oversight work, Chris is the Connecticut Office Lead for 60+ Langan staff including overseeing the local administrative, accounting, and business development/marketing groups.

He has both undergraduate (Lehigh University) and graduate (Columbia University) engineering degrees and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts as well as a LEED Accredited Professional.

Chris has been actively involved in the ACE Mentor Program since the early 2000’s and is a current member of the ACE Connecticut Board of Directors. He previously served as a mentor, advisory board member, and Chapter Leader for the New Haven affiliate as well as a previous member of the ACE National Advisory Council. Chris is also Langan’s national ACE lead connecting various offices to local ACE Chapters.
