Greg Ergenbright is the CEO of OWL Services, a leading provider of petroleum and EV charging sales, installation, program management, and services for retail, commercial, fleet, aviation, marine, and municipal companies across the U.S. With 30 offices and distribution centers and 1,800 service technicians nationwide, OWL ensures people stay fueled and on the move 24/7, 365 days a year.

With over 30 years of construction industry experience and a passion for innovation, Greg brings strategic insight and collaborative leadership to OWL Services. Before joining OWL in 2022, he held leadership roles at Otis Elevator, Norment Security Group (where he served as CEO), and Schindler Elevator Corporation, a leading global mobility provider of elevators, escalators, and related services, as President and CEO.
Greg has been actively involved in industry leadership and served on the Board of Directors of NEII (National Elevator Industry, Inc.) from 2015 to 2021, was President of NEII’s Board in 2020 and 2021, and was on the Board of the American Swiss Foundation in 2021. In 2024, he was appointed as a board member in the ACE Mentor Program of America.

A dynamic and passionate leader, Greg has been a guest speaker at the Darden School of Business, where he co-wrote a case study on digital transformation and IoT with Professor of Operations Elliott Weiss. He has also spoken at Rutgers University Business School, where he served on the Dean’s advisory council.

Greg is also an active community member, partnering with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, dedicated to building and improving homes, and Good Grief, focused on fostering resilience in children, strengthening families, and empowering communities to grow from loss and adversity.

Greg earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Roanoke College.
