Kim Vierheilig

STV, Inc.

Kim Vierheilig, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C, a registered architect with over 25 years of experience in the industry, serves as president of STV’s national buildings group.

In this role, she oversees more than 350 employees engaged in all aspects of buildings programming, planning, architecture, interior design and multidisciplinary engineering. She focuses on strategy, growth and delivery in a range of social infrastructure markets, including justice, education, health and well-being, transportation, science and technology, federal programs and cities.

With more than two decades of experience, her broad range of expertise spans high performance, student-centric educational design, reform-focused justice design and community development at large. She has served clients across North America, including numerous New York City agencies, to help re-envision the public realm, address inadequacies in mobility and housing and develop community-centric equitable solutions.

Committed to taking an active role in the betterment of the profession and our communities, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) New York City Post, the Board of Directors for the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ), the Board of Overseers for the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and the Advisory Board for NJIT’s Hillier College of Architecture and Design. She has also served on the New Jersey State Board of Architects, as Region 2 State Representative to the National Council of Architecture Registration Boards (NCARB), Vice President of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) New Jersey Chapter, Regional Associate Director of New Jersey for AIA National and President of the Architects League of Northern New Jersey (ALNNJ). She received her Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Science in Management from NJIT.
