Chris Plappert

Chris Plappert currently manages the General Contracting vertical for Milwaukee Tool. Chris began his journey with Milwaukee in 2012 managing some of the largest industrial distributors in Southern California before relocating to the corporate office in Brookfield, WI. At this time, he moved into the role of Training Manager, responsible for the development and implementation of new hire onboarding across all sales channels and positions. In 2015, Chris moved to the Southwest to manage 5 states in the Southwest as a regional manager overseeing all end user partnerships in the area. After, he took on the role of National Sales Manager overseeing a specialized sale team tasked with creating and executing plans to grow Milwaukee’s newest, most critical product categories. Eventually Chris moved into a Director of Sales – West position in 2019, managing Industrial distributors over the western third of the US before transitioning to Director – Next Gen Verticals managing the Residential Construction, General Contracting and Pro Landscaping teams. As emerging verticals expanded, Chris eventually moved to solely manage the General Contracting Team, as Vice President – Jobsite Solutions in January 2023, the position he holds today.​
