Mr. Forshner has extensive experience in directing various engineering programs. His expertise includes planning, inspection, design, and construction management of railroad, highway, bridge, and airport projects. He has served on the faculty of Pratt Institute instructing senior civil engineering students in construction engineering.

Having a strong background in project management and administration, Mr. Forshner has been responsible for many major programs, to name just a few:
