ACE Mentor Program of Annapolis

ACE Annapolis mission is to be the definitive resource and leading conduit for Anne Arundel County high school students to pursue ACE (Architectural, Construction Management, Engineering) careers. Our vision is to advance and sustain the design & construction industry through mentoring, professional networking, and scholarship opportunities.

ACE Annapolis began the new school year program with an orientation held on Oct 2.

The project this year will be the Revitalization of the Kent Narrows Region. The program will include 16 weeks of in classroom sessions with mentors, at Broadneck, Old Mill, and Severna Park High Schools. The sessions will end in March, and the students will present their projects at an event in an auditorium at Anne Arundel Community College in early April. There will be panelists to judge the presentations. The juniors and seniors will be eligible for scholarship funds. The freshmen and sophomores will be eligible for cash awards. All students must complete the sessions without unexcused absences and have provided signed permission document to participate from their parent(s).
