Allie has mentored for 4 years with the Charlotte Affiliate and became a Lead Mentor in 2019. Allie also leads the Sponsorship Committee working to put together the main fundraiser and end of the year banquet for each year. Along with this Allie manages the Charlotte Affiliate social media pages and is responsible for creating a custom Social Media Strategic Plan.
