Ben Miller is a Senior Project Manager at Gilbane Building Company; where he has been employed since graduating from the University of Maryland in 2008. He started mentoring with ACE at his alma mater, Mount Saint Joseph, in 2010. In 2012, Ben moved to New York City and brought ACE to the Mount’s brother school, Xaverian High School in Bay Ridge.  Ben has served as the leader of Gilbane & Xaverian’s ACE team ever since and has worked to build a diverse group of mentors from various industry firms. He is passionate about the ACE program and is proud to have helped several students obtain college scholarships through ACE during that time. In addition to ACE, Ben has served as a guest lecturer at Columbia University for the last 9 years, recently started guest lecturing at Brooklyn Law School, and volunteers in his local community.
