Mr. Dunkle has over 30 years of construction experience managing offices, including design, pre-design, pre-construction and construction phase services on a wide variety of projects including major commercial and institutional projects.
He is a motivational leader, who leads by example, paying close attention to the details that matter. His unconditional dedication to client interests, his project teams, and personal commitments are just a few of the reasons why he has risen to such a high level of leadership. His successes over the past 30 years were not only measured by his professional trail of distinctive awards and leadership qualities, but also by his personal efforts to touch the community – where he has successfully changed lives with his selfless commitments.
Clients, designers, staff, and contractors look to Greg for his leadership. Greg has proven that he can think clearly and outside the box. His creative thinking has become a vital tool in resolving challenges, and his personality allows him to bring the hammer down with the appropriate level of intensity. Greg’s commitment to the interests of the people he deals with regularly cannot be overemphasized.
In his current role at STOBG Greg is responsible for Safety, HR, IT, Innovation, Data and Technical Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Ethics, Global Services, Business Development and High Risk Project Execution and all Operations. These departments along with M&A, Business Strategy, Planning, and select Executive Client Engagement round out his responsibilities.
