Lisa Woodruff

Lisa Woodruff is an Executive Vice President with Turner & Townsend, an independent professional services company specializing in program management, project management, cost management and consulting across the real estate, infrastructure and natural resources sectors.
Lisa is a graduate of the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and served in the US Army ROTC. Following graduation from U of I, Lisa practiced architecture for several years and earned her certification as a Licensed Architect in 2007. At the age of 24, Lisa founded Woodruff Design, Inc., a professional design and project management consulting services across the Real Estate sector.
Joining in 2011, Lisa brings over 30 years’ experience across the construction industry. She is currently the North America Head of Real Estate and leads our East USA Territory. Outside of her daily responsibilities, Lisa is passionate about serving our communities and mentoring children and young adults in our communities. She currently serves as Turner & Townsend’s North America Corporate Responsibility Board Sponsor, is a member of the ACE National Advisory Council and serves as an ACE Mentor and Advisory Member for the ACE Nashville affiliate. She is serves as Vice President on the Board for Matthew 25, a Nashville based non-profit serving and rehabilitating homeless veterans.
Lisa currently resides in beautiful Brentwood, Tennessee with her husband Mark. Together, they have two sons, Quentin (24) and Walter (21). Outside of her professional responsibilities, Lisa enjoys staying active through running and cycling. She also enjoys hobbies that tap into her passion for the arts and architecture, including painting, woodworking and gardening.
