Mary Bradford
Volunteer Engagement Director

Mary Bradford has been working in the youth development and mentoring fields for over 20 years. She has been the Affiliate Director of the Washington DC ACE affiliate since 2014. She is also a Technical Assistance Consultant for Mentor Md/DC, where she guides local non-profits in launching and supporting youth mentoring programs.

Mary has served as the Coordinator of the Maryland Mentor Resource Center (as part of Big Brothers Big Sisters at the Y of Maryland) and Program Director of Beyond the Boundaries, a faith-based program that educates members on systemic racial injustices in housing, and works to ensure Baltimore residents have access to safe, affordable and non-discriminatory housing.

Prior to working in non-profits, Mary was an attorney at Maryland Legal Aid where she represented youth involved in the child welfare system.

She lives in Annapolis, MD with her husband, three kids, and dog.
