Paul Grunau

Paul is Chief Learning Officer of APi Group, Inc. APi Group is a publicly traded and diverse global family of 41 construction services businesses, focused primarily on life safety and electronic security. As CLO, Paul leads APi Group’s leadership development efforts. Prior to APi, Paul was owner and president of Grunau Company, which was acquired by APi in 2006. From 2011-2015 Paul was also chief operating officer of Health Payment Systems, a health care technology startup in which he was a founding investor. Paul graduated from Brown University in 1987 with a degree in economics and earned his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in 1990 with concentrations in finance and strategy.
