Stephanie started her career at Rosendin in the field as a Foreman in 2004 and has held a variety of leadership positions in her 20 years at the company.
As VP of People, Stephanie is responsible for building and maintaining Rosendin’s unique culture and delivering a best-in-class employee experience. Rosendin’s Mission is Building People and Stephanie has a history of building successful teams in the field and in the office.
Throughout her career at Rosendin, Stephanie has held various positions within the company: Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Corporate Lean Manager, Director of Lean Culture, Vice President of Training and Quality and more recently, Vice President of Learning and Development.
Stephanie successfully led and supported the Learning and Development team entering the Training Magazine Hall of Fame in 2024. This recognition comes after placing in the Top 10 for four consecutive years.
In addition to her role at Rosendin, she is on the Board of Directors for Lean Construction Institute, and for The Rosendin Foundation and is a co-host on the Construction DEI Talks Podcast.
