Tzu Chen
Education Director
As the Education Director for the ACE Mentor Program, Tzu brings years of experience as both a practicing architect and a dedicated mentor. Before stepping into this role, he served as the South Regional Director for five years, supporting affiliates across the region.
With over 15 years as a licensed architect and lead mentor for the Raleigh ACE affiliate, Tzu has been deeply involved in guiding the next generation of industry professionals. He studied Architecture at Virginia Tech and grew up in Richmond, VA. His combined experience as a mentor and practitioner provides him with a unique perspective to support ACE’s mission on a national scale.
Beyond his work in education and mentorship, Tzu is also a professional architectural photographer and videographer. He leverages these creative skills to enhance ACE’s storytelling, producing visual content that highlights the impact of the program over time.
